The Ohio Revised Code (ORC) 2317.023 outlines the requirements of peer support teams. The Peer Support Team: Next Steps program offers expert assistance to help your department develop a peer support program that meets the minimum requirements outlined by the ORC. OAPFF peer support team members with experience establishing and managing a fire and/or EMS peer support program will guide your department from the establishment of your team through operations and team management.
